Carrot Cake
One of our church's Sunday school classes is having a crawfish boil tomorrow and I made a carrot cake to donate for the cake auction. I used a cream cheese frosting and covered the sides in pecans. This is a great way to raise money for the class putting this event on. Hopefully whoever buys it will enjoy it!

I especially like the carrots on top :-) Makes me think it's got some healthy in it.
